最近は寒さがようやく落ち着いてきたかと思えば予期せぬ雨降り続き・・・ 傘を持っていこうかいかないか迷った際に結局無理すると、予期せぬ雨に出会い、かと思えばちゃんと準備していけば降らず始末（笑）
天気予報見るべきです！！ だけど新聞なんて家にないしテレビもずっと見ているわけじゃないし、とにかく勘で動くしかないみたいな感じ。 昨日日曜は久しぶりに友達の家に遊びに行った感じで充実した一日だった気がする。 まずは日本人の友達KANと新しい韓国人の友達pa(正しくは発音できない）で友達のMarieが住むとても素晴らしい家に向かった。 その場所はある意味今住んでいるところよりとても平和に見えてみんなのんびり過ごしたりしているんだろうな〜って思った。 日曜というとこであまり人は歩いていなかったけど住宅の様子からどんな人達が住んでいるのか大体想像出来た。 そんなわけで着いた素敵な家の前には周りの住宅地の人には十分すぎるほどの大きな公園が広がっていて本当にのんびりと過ごせそうだなと実感。 そんなそこに住んでいる友達が羨ましいとそのとき既に思った。 迎えてくれたのは〜自分より一つ年下のオージーのだんなさんとその奥さんの日本人。 ２人もとてもわか〜〜！！ とても気さくで優しいオージーのだんなさんウェイド、彼とは後にあんなことやこんなことまで話すことができた（笑） ちょうどそのときはお昼でみんな待ち構えるようにテーブルを囲んでいたのだけれど、そこにはなんとすき焼きをするホットパンがありました。 用意してあった極薄の牛肉には驚き！！ こっちでそんな薄い肉を見たことがない！！ どうやら中国系の食材店で買ったらしい。 そしてオージーはたまごや魚を含め、生の食べ物は食べないという話を聞いたが、ウェイドもどうやら生では食べないが、このすき焼きだけは生で全然いけるという話だった。 そう考えると、寿司でも生の魚はほとんどだしオージーも好んで食べる時があるんだなと・・・ そして極薄の肉を焼いて最高に香りのよいすき焼きが出てきました〜。 豆腐もあったし、白菜もあったし本当に見事に日本スタイルのすき焼きで大感動！！ 当たり前のように食べていた日本食も海外へ来るとその味の深さというか、結構ぜいたいくな食生活だったんだな〜と思った（笑） その間にみんなでゲイを中心に話を進め最高に盛り上がっていた（笑）それも無理はない、その中の一人に本物のゲイが・・・！！？？っていうのは冗談だけど（笑）ま〜ある種それに近いものがあるかな〜って人はそこにいたかなって感じで（笑） その後みんなでフリスビーで遊んでゆっくりと過ごしていた。 今度はみんなを自分の家に呼べるように準備しないと。 もう数えられるくらいしかパーティーごとはできないような気がするので。  昨日、火曜日は仕事で店長の大変さを実感！！ というのも、いつも一緒に働いている日本人のスタッフがヴィザの面接にいくということでお昼から一人になってしまったのだった。 だけど、いつもの様子からして自分一人でも全然いけるだろう〜ということで任せれたのはよかったのだけれど。 １時を過ぎた頃から、予想外の展開に・・・ それまでは１２時になってもお客さんはこないし、寿司は売れないしということでかえって暇だったのに、それが一気に放出されるように連続でお客さんが来てしまい、パニックに（笑） しかもお客さんの波というのは連続でくるもので、一人が終わったらまたその後ろに並ぶというようにずら〜っと並ばせてしまった（笑） 。 久しぶりに一日フルで英語を活用しました。 レジ側で寿司を売ったりすると調理にかかれないからお店で食べていく人も待たせてしまったのだけれど、そこの店のお客さんは９８％が理解のある優しいオージー達。日本だったら耳がいくつあっても足りないくらいありがたい文句を受けるのに、ちゃんと待ってくれるオージーには非常に感謝している☆ なのでこっちも笑顔だけは自然にお客さんに出てしまう感じで。 なんとかやり切れてよかった。 そして昨日はシェアメイトの日本人の女の子と韓国人が同時に大きな部屋から卒業していき、いつもの３ばかトリオに戻った（笑） みんなそれぞれ違う時間に働いているから家で一緒に会うことは非常にまれ。 なので一段と静けさが増しています。 結局引越し事情がうまくいかなかったから自分ともう一人のシェアメイトが一番古い人になってしまった。 何度出迎え見送りパーティーをやったことか・・・  でもパースにいるのももう少し、今度は次の都市で出迎えられる番がくるかもしれない。 ---------------------------------------------------------------- we have had a double jinx ,an unexpected rain, the decisive nip in the city even though i feel the temperature is settled down. raining doesn't came to our side. if i take umbrella, rain doesn't come along .otherwise being without it, we feel the frustration.How absurd. but that the way the cookie crumbles.i should check weather report on tv. sigh.... last sunday was so fruitful i visited my female friend's house for the first time in a few months. some my friends, salam, pa(unpronounceable) ,kan came along with as well. i thought the place she lives looks much more restful than my suburb.that's like aussie whiles afternoon away in a way. i was alomost able to imagine how people live there like from the sign even though it was sunday and there weren't walking people around. what with this and that, we arrived at her house. her shere-family was welcoming us at the so wonderful house. therefore i envied her for living in such a nice house at the moment. the share-family was an aussie husband 1 year younger than me and a japanese wife.i felt they looked too young for their ages. i was able to talk to him about this, that and the other lol i'll leave the rest to your imagination. as if we were waiting for the lunch and we had a nice cooker to boil meat well enough. then what a surprise! we have got so unusual thinly sliced beef! as far as i know, its little chance to get in this city.seemingly it was from a chinese grocery. i just heard that aussie basically doesn't eat raw stuff including fish, meat, and egg but the husband Wade tends to eat raw stuff only if any appropriate ways. we were so pleasant it was giving off so nice smell when we were baking the meat. it was so impressive we had the very japanese style. it helped us remember the traditional japanese food. i realised when we come to foreign country, we sense some good points of the meal back. as if we were eating rich stuff. then we had a so lively conversation especially about "gay" .its no wonder there was a gay in our group.after that we were playing frisbee outside together. oh i have got to prepare and make the following party soon because i'll have little chance to do that again. yesterday, tuesday , i was being tied up a lot at work. one of japanese staff ,kimiko had to go out for a visa interview. so usually its thought one employee is quite enough for lunch time. but i had never tried working alone before. it was so mean i was worked off and run about. lots of customers pressed me round. it was turing into a busy mode after around 1 pm unexpectedly. before that it was thought staff doesn't get busy even during lunch time around 12 but the press came at once as if they were holding off. therefore the messily customer's wave came in a row ,one after another. i had to make them wait. all customer was so sweet even though i was putting the time into kitchen, they understood my mess. i just want to say thank you very much to them. thats why i tend to send them natural pleasant smiles. anyway i just pulled through. just the unusual combination called 3 idiots at our share house came back!! finally the latest share mates have got out and left here. we definitely have indivisual life time at work. it'll so rare meeting together at this share-house. how many times i had party for fare-well and welcome here. my turn will be coming soon at the next city.  |

アメリカ再留学が始まった日からちょうど１年を過ぎ、言葉だけでなく少しは成長できたのかな〜とささやかに思う５月の日々。
WVUのみんな、takahiro、masao、haruka、chiemi は元気でやっているのかな・・・あれから１年が過ぎたぞ〜〜。アメリカ生活は楽しんでいるか〜？ というわけできっと日本では梅雨を向かえる前に春のぽかぽかさをまだ楽しんでいる時期なんじゃないかな〜と思う。 ５月病には気をつけて〜〜！！ といいつつもう５月も下旬に差し掛かってきたところ。 最近は朝起きるのが非常に億劫になってきた。昼間の暖かさとは別に朝、夜はヒーターの欲しさをただただ願うばかり・・・ 何も暖房施設がないこの部屋は寒さでさらに静まりかえっている（笑） そして働き先であるtake-away shopも明らかに寿司の売り上げが落ち、やはり寒さは人の行動力に影響するのだなと実感した。 家ではそんな感じで静かに過ごしている最近（笑） しか〜し、最近は立て続きに起こるイベントがありこの寒さもなんとか盛り上げてくれそうなそんな熱き時間だった。 それは誕生日パーティー。 しばらく行っていなかったけどそれを埋めるように前回の更新からたて続きに３本ほどありました。 そして働き先の同僚の人も誕生日があり、５月はめでたい月！！ 大分前のように、仕事の後仲間達と終電ぎりぎりまで飲みにいく熱きイベントはもう終わりに差し掛かってきたようだ。 だからこれから起こる全てのイベントが大切さを増していくような気がする。 日曜日のサッカー以外はほとんど普通に仕事をして終わっているかな。 そんなわけで、パースでまだ残りの日々を満喫している自分の周りではとても貴重な日本人の友達とその韓国人の友達でやった誕生日パーティー。 まずは先週のシェアメイトの女の子のスーパーサプライズパーティー。  前々からシェアメイトの韓国人サニーから計画を練っていてこの日はどうにかこうにかうまくサプライズさせようと。 自分はサプライズはされるほうより仕掛ける方が好きで、色々考えていたんだけどそのときになってみたらちょっとした料理で時間がなく、あとは全てサニーに任せてしまった。 ごらんの通り見事な風船と可愛い誕生日の飾りつけ。  みんなで協力して作った料理たち。  こうやってみんなで食卓を囲むのももうこの家ではそうないだろう。 なんとか時間ぎりぎりにセッティングが終わり、部屋に入れさせる前に目隠しをさせ、待ってもらった。 目を開けさせると同時に素晴らしい料理とろうそくに火が灯ったケーキ。 大成功でした。 その後、みんなでプレゼントを渡し合って大成功のサプライズパーティーでした。  きっと大喜びしてくれたと思う。 そして今週火曜にはパースで長いこと仲のいい友達のこれもまたサプライズパーティー。 これは外でやるということだったので準備万端にしてみんなで出かけました。 まずはとってもフレンドリーなウェイターのいる中華料理屋へ。 みんなでその子を取り囲むようにいい席に座れたのが良かった。 そこではまだプレゼントはあげずにみんなでおいしいものをたくさん食べてウェイターと仲良くなって楽しい一時でした。  そして移動した先がカラオケ。 この町にも全く日本で歌うのと同様にDAMがある。 部屋の感じも本当に日本と一緒。だからこそみんなで相当ゆっくり出来たと思う。 このときもまたサプライズということで部屋に呼び素晴らしいろうそくに火が灯ったケーキ！！！  そしてみんなでその友達が作ってくれたケーキをいただきました。 最高においしくてみんなバースデイガール以上に大満足でした。   プレゼントをたくさんもらった彼女、笑顔はとびっきりでみんなのことも同時に嬉しくさせたと思う☆  そんな誕生日会ももう、残りのメンバーではないのかな〜と思いきや今度はまるで自分にサプライズかのように〜 シェアメイトのサニーに今日は友達の女の子の誕生日会をやると。 ２日連続で楽しんだということ（笑） ただこの日は本当に自分も知らされていなくて何も用意できなかったのが残念。 その友達はサニーと違う都市にいたときから仲の良い家に良く遊びに来てくれる子でした。 この子の笑顔もとびっきりだった。 目の前に並べられた豪華な料理を見たらそれもそうだね。  時間が遅かったのもあったけど最後までみんなで祝福してあげて昨日は最高に盛り上がった夜でした。   バースデーと聞かれて思うことと言ったら自分としては、祝ってもらうより祝って驚かせてあげたいっていうのが本音。 その時の相手の表情を見るのが結構好きだったりする（笑） あとバースデーといえば、 歳をとりたくない〜！！ということ。 歳に相当するような大人にもうなることが出来たか？？といったらまだまだ・・・・ あと半年間、ここオーストラリアでどこまで成長できるか・・・ 修行あるのみ！！！ --------------------------------------------------------------- i was looking back at myself to thosedays when i was in america. just one year has passed by since i started the new american life first. these days modestly i felt i must have grown up a bit at least. i guess lots of japanese people are still in the pleasantness of warm weather coming from last spring before the rainy season comes. its getting to the end of may already before i say " just be careful about freshman's apathy syndrome" lol i have been unwilling to wake up so early under the cold weather. so aside from the warm temperature at afternoon, morning and night temperature are killing me. i just hope if i could put any heater in my room. in fact, the sales of sushi at my work place haven't been boosted well. i just realised the weather touches the sales. contrary to the weather, i feel some events heat my life up with my friends who are still in perth. birth day party!! i got 3 different birth day parties in a row. actually i hadn't done that for a long ,as if it was to make up for that. one of my co-workers had the birth day recently as well. a crazy fun time ,drinking alcohol with my friend after working is fading out. it was like driking on until we can barely catch the last train. itll be counted. thats why rest of any big event in perth with my mate will be precious little by little. my weekly life is getting routine except a soccer game every sunday. anyway, i tell the 3 another birth party's reports quickly. first one was for one of my sharemates from japan. we were making a plan to make her surpried. but it didn't go straightly as we planned. because i was put into cooking the dishes.so i couldn't help leaving him rest of things. lol then we blindfolded her before she comes into the house. we were absorbed by preparing and getting her surprised at the moment. ohh then hooray!!!! when she opened eyes , another view was waiting for her.nice cake with fired on candles!! great job! we barely made it. she was incredibly got surprised and pleasant at the moment. that wasn't too much to say nobody else could have made it. then next party last tuesday. it was for one of my close japanese friends. first we went to a chinese restaurant has some funny waiters. we were holding back to give her present each then. then moving to a karaoke house with the full preparation. we put all light off and got her out. then, she was opening the door. our cheer reached her wonderfully. as well as the last party. of course she was on top of the world. and not only her, we had so much funner time than her. then the party last night. i just thought that was for my surprise lol because i didnot know one of my friends birthday party until then. as soon as i went home, my sharemate, sunny told me"" hey, its my friends birth day party, but you dont have to prepare anything"" no. thats not like me ,not preparing anything. but i didnot have enough time to buy some stuff for her then. then we had so great party altogether after she came over to our sharehouse. anyway there are some more things i want to write about. the scribbled sentences showed how much the parties were going fun. oh just 6 months passed by since i came here. i wondered if i deserved to be "i am " at my age already. no!! not yet.i am still useless. its the ups and down of life.nonsense!! i cant say anymore it all depends on how things go. i've got to be so hard on me. |

朝は本当に寒くなってきたパース。半袖でそこら辺を歩いているオージーに秋や冬はないのか〜〜！！？？
そんなわけで体をちょっと暖める意味で７時半くらいの電車に毎日に乗る前に駅までの５分間をジョギングすることに。 先週はついに何のためらいもなく仕事の帰りにポンっとギターを買い値引きしてもらい、あっという間に土曜日のスタジオの日になっていた。 奇跡的に出会ったメンバー、同じ曲を聴いてどんな風に頑張って練習していたのかな〜〜ってその曲を聞く度に考えていた。 そんなわけで１週間の練習期間の中、久しぶりに高校生の時に戻ったような気分になった（笑）高校の時は１週間の間にたくさんのバンドを掛け持ちしていたせいもあって何１０曲も引き受けしまい、その前日までよく目をこすりながら練習していたものだった（笑） そのくらいバンドには燃えていた時期があったな〜と久しぶりに気づかされた日々だった。 そして土曜日、僕たちのバンド Wayward はついにスタジオへ向かいました。バスでみんなで向かっていくことになったんだけどパース市内の３つの高層ビルがどんどん遠ざかっていくこと・・・ 帰りは遅くなるから大丈夫かな〜と心配しながらバスに揺られ約４０分。 倉庫らしき建物を発見！！そこがオーストラリアでの初スタジオでした。 中で出迎えたスタッフのアンドリューはとっても気さくであり怠惰でもあった（笑） そこのスタジオには３部屋くらい部屋があるんだけど最後に出るバンドが全部南京錠を閉めて外に出なくはいけないということで一生懸命説明を聞いていた。 どうやらうちらのバンドが最後に出ることになっていたようで。 部屋に早速入ってみると、中にはポカ〜ンとマイクスタンドだけ〜〜みたいな（笑） これがスタジオか〜〜〜と思ったがアンドリューが奥からバラバラになったドラムセットを取り出してきた。あとは自分達で組み立てろと（笑）ギターアンプもちゃんとしたものではなく音だけ増幅させるみたいなスピーカーみたいなものでありえなかった（笑） そして一生懸命ギャグ交じりの説明を聞き、セッティングをして音出しに。 安いギターの割には結構アンプに通せばいい音出るんじゃんみたいな感じで本当にビギナーに戻った気がしていた。 今回の曲は最初ということもあり、とてもシンプルなパンクロックの曲。中でもVoのMitsuさんの大好きなGreen day と Sex pistolsとsimple plan、それからFall out boysの曲も少し。 最初にみんなでやろうと言った曲は green day のamerican idiot! ４人ともバンド長期経験者だから合わせるタイミングは抜群だったわけで、ほとんど説明がいらないくらい最高にかっこいいサウンドだった。  中でもドラマーのseanのうまさにはびっくり！！さすがはプロを目指していただけあったわ☆ VoのMitsuさんの声も最高に良く通っていて本当にみんなうまいな〜〜と思っていた。 Baのtomoyaも普段見る姿とは打って変わってロッカーらしくかっこよく見えたしやはりみんな楽器を持つと人が変わるんだな〜と思った。  次はfall out boysの最近ここオーストラリアでも流行っているタイトルが非常に難しい曲、this ain't a scene its an arms raceをやることに。 しかしこの曲はあまりにもハイトーンのためハイトーンの出るMitsuさんでさえ辛くてあまり形にならなかったのが残念（笑） そしてどんどんやってくるうちに形になってきて本当に最高の瞬間だった。  ここオーストラリアでやりたいことの一つとして夢が叶ったことは非常に嬉しい。しかも最高に熱いメンバー達と。海外ではそう簡単に音楽での出会いなどないと思っていたけどきっと巡り合わせなのだろう。奇跡だと思う。 中でもドラマーのseanの存在は凄かった。国際的なバンドをやることで今まで以上に自分の大切な思い出となっていくと思うし、音楽を通して出来た仲だからそれも人一倍だと思う。 seanに会うことが出来るようになった、MarieとAikoには非常に感謝をしたい☆ありがとう。 そして最高の瞬間を残しスタジオを出たのだが、次にまたやれるのはしばらく後になる。だからこそ大切な思い出となる。 ちょっとしたきっかけで始めようと思ったオーストラリアでのロックバンド、出会いというのは本当に偶然だ。  そして昨日日曜はパースでの第２段！！ heavi metalバンドのライブ！ 今回はイギリスの６人組みのハイクラスバンド、 dragon force.  heavy metal 界の中でもマニアックな部類に入るファンタジー系の歌詞とハイクラスな演奏。 特にギターのherman li の腕には目を疑うほどの神業がある！！  そんな凄いバンドが海外で見れるチャンスはそうないな〜と思った。 ここパースでは初めてのライブだったようだ。 もちろん会場は人であふれていて黒服系の人たちばかり。日本ではあまりみることのない大のヘヴィメタ好きの女の子もたくさんいた。 前回同じ場所で見た Trivium同様、始まる前からものすごい声援で登場したらその声援は一気にヒートアップした！！ ただでさえステージで暴れまわる彼ら。この小さなステージでどうやって動き回るのかが見所だった。 最初の１曲目からドラマーのDaveは人間の域を超えていました（笑） どうやったらずっと超高速ビートを意地できるのか。中にロボットがはいっているんじゃないの〜〜ぐらいにありえない演奏（笑） かっこよすぎました☆ そんなわけで全曲とても人間の域では表現できないハイクラスな演奏にずっと入り込んでいて時を忘れていた。  このライブでオージーのへヴィメタ友、ジェフとのライブはここパースでは最後。 日本に帰ったらまた更にヒートアップしたライブを一緒に見ることができるだろうから楽しみにしていようと思う。 この２日間、仕事を忘れ本当に音楽にどっぷりとはまっていた自分。 もうここでの大きなイベントにも秒読みになってきた気がして、残りの日々、仲間たちと最高の一時を過ごそう！ Wayward のメンバー、ご苦労様でした！！ ----------------------------------------------------------------- I feel really cold temperature coming on to this city. I wondered any aussie who wears half sleeve clothes has nothing to do with winter or fall season??!! lol i just decided to have a 5 minute jog to warm my body up every moning to the station. the jam session time came in a flash and i was buying an electric guitar on impulse last monday. of course i asked a clerk to cut down the price!! then i was thinking about how my bands member's pratice is going whenever i listened to the songs we chose. i just remembered thosedays, when i was a high school student. i used to have a lots of bands at the same time and hold so many challenging songs. then i was working on with rubbing my eyes the day before practicing. it definitely took me to those days i was on fire catching a dream. so our band " wayward" kicked off. we just got on a bus to the studio while going down to the city and seeing off. it was an about 40 minutes bus ride. then we barely found out the studio looked like shed. then we just met the manager Andrew there. as if he was waiting for us long time. he was so friendly and so LAZY enough. we had to hear the rule how to use and how to leave any studio from him.it was so dull and showed how much he is lazy lol then finally we came into a studio. it was absolutely like a vacant room except the microphone settings. so we just visited Andrew's room then. of course ,the studio was missing. where is that hidden? thats why he just left us to put the drumkit together. and it sucks!! the guitar and bass amplifiers are just speaker. we cant make the sound perfect then lol but somehow my cheap guitar was working well.that quickly got along with the dull speaker,huh? it was as if we got back to beginner. then we were supposed to play mostly the vocalist Mitsu's favorite bands ; green day, sex pistols and simple plan, fall out boys for the first time. then we rode on the beat in a flash. we just played "american idiot" first time then. there is no need to discribe the awesome beat! the drummer sean's drumming was extreamly awesome and turned me on.You are very worthy shooting for the dream! and the bassist tomoya looked totally different from usual. the vocalist mitsu also was awesome!! he was on a roll at the moment. following by the song , we picked up this ain't a scene its an arms race which has been so popular in australia as well. but we had a problem with the song. the high key didn't carry out. even he wasnt able to get the high tone out. I was so happy that one of my dreams in Australia came true with the crazy mates. it was just a whim though. our band just called on a miracle ,getting together as if we needed. especially the drummer sean is incredible. meeting him will my memories much more meaningful and precious. meeting mate through music is as well.then i just want to thank my friends marie and aiko. yesterday i went to a heavy metal concert at the city. that was my third time at this city. this time we watched " dragon force" which is beyond a god. it was unbeliebable seeing them at a small live music club. especially the guitarist harmen li was killing us. there is no break seeing over his playing. i think he just came down from a planet. and the drummer dave's drumming turned us on quickly. i thought a robot is his inside. no, he must be an android!! take off the suits at the end! and it was the last opportunity to go concert with my mate jeff at this city. following by that, next awesome concert is waiting for us in japan!! i was into the music for 2 days. it carried me away. its like i count down how many i leave nice memories here with nice mate. i just want to say the members "we did a good job" |

パースに来て早５ヶ月、最初に出会った日本人の友達は後にバンドでのベーシストとなりその彼としばらく音楽的な活動をここの市でやることを夢見ていてた。
しかし出会いというのはちょっとした偶然、タイミング。 友達を通じれば新しい人と出会うことも出来る。 そんなタイミングにうちらはうまく乗りました〜〜。 そしてついにこの時が来たぜ〜〜！！！ バンド名「Wayward」結成。 さて〜〜最近もまた少しづつ日本人の友達がこの町から離れていき週末の過ごし方は大きくかわりつつある。先週はスイス人のトーマスがスイスに帰ってしまった。彼とはルカを通して本当にあほなことばっかり一緒にやっていた〜〜。 ビールジョッキを２、３本昼間におつまみなしで飲むなんて朝飯前。これは彼の名言。 スイスにこの先旅行した時に会うであろう大切な友達だ。 そして仕事の方はというと、ついに店長が日本へ帰ってしまいました。しかし今はとっくにヨーロッパの方にいるだろう。 ３日くらい大阪に帰ってからすぐにヨーロッパへ旅立つと言っていた。 僕ら全部従業員を残して・・・ そんな店長無しの仕事はというと、意外とうまくやれている。そんなに自分は大きな荷物は抱えていなかったようだ。他の日本人のスタッフは常に緊張感と忙しさで戦っている中こんなんでいいのかな〜と思ってしまうくらい。 この先何も大きな問題がないように祈るしかない（笑） そして〜〜サッカーゲームも始まりました。 もうすでに３回ほど行ったわけで、毎週日曜日にあるからいつも週明けのいい運動だなと思ってやっています。 スパイクもついに買った！！ しかしその安さにびっくりした。結構いい品質なのにそれがアウトレットで割引になって日本円でおよそ３０００円。 そんなわけでいろいろな動きが前回の更新からあったわけだけど、周りの友達がどんどんこの町からいなくなっていく中、次の都市への準備も始めないとな〜〜っていう感じで。 しかしまた昨日は久しぶりに「メトロシティー」と呼ばれる大きなクラブとライブハウスを融合したようなイベントホールに行ってきてまたこれから仲良くやっていけそうな友達が出来た。 やはり話を聞いているとまだまだパースに来たばかりでいろいろやってないことや知らないことが多いみたい。 しかしそのホールでのイベントはステージの上で３人のダンサーがいてDJがいて踊っているだけで、あまりexciteするものではなかった〜〜。 ただ、音響と照明設備は相当凄いものがあった。 もうそろそろパースでの夜外出はなくなるのかな〜〜と思った。 でも絶対にこの町で最高の経験として残していきたいのが、パースでの音楽活動。 そんな結成したロックバンド、waywardはある友達を通じて簡単に偶然にドラマーと出会ってしまった。 韓国出身で英語堪能でとっても紳士的なショーン。 彼の人間性はまるで今まで待ち望んでいたようなもの。 とにかく謙虚で紳士的で頭がよくて素晴らしい。 日本のバンドはXjapanが好きみたいだ。 というわけで昨日土曜にみんなで集まり話し合い、英語でのとっても難しいスタジオを予約することに。 スタジオを予約するにあたって、聞かなければいけない内容がたくさん。 それはドラムセットやアンプがスタジオにちゃんとあるかどうか。 日本では考えられないスタジオに機材が揃っていないこと（笑） 本気で予約する時に、アンプはありますか〜？って聞いていた。 数あるスタジオのうち、１件だけようやくドラムセットとアンプがあるところを発見。というか予約する時に余計なことばまりべらべらしゃべられ過ぎて店員はいい加減にしてほしかった。 ものすごく早くしゃべる人たちばかりでなかなか理解に苦しんだけどショーンとミツの力を借りてうまく予約することに成功。 しかしその成功の前にはとんでもない奇跡があった。 ちょうどうちらは中国系のカフェで待ち合わせをしていてたまたま隣に座ったオージーのカップルのお兄さんのほうがなんとプロデューサーだったのだ〜。 うちらの何気ない会話を隣で聞いていて、いきなり代わって自分の知っているその場所から一番近いスタジオに電話をかけてくれたのだ。 素晴らしい偶然とその優しさ。 このバンドは奇跡を呼ぶバンドになると思う（笑） そしていよいよ明日エレキギターを買いに行きます。 この時が来るまでずっとお金を貯めて待っていた。 そして次の土曜についにスタジオに入ってみんなで最高の思い出を作ります。 また明日から店長無しの仕事、がんばろう。 ----------------------------------------------------------------- 5 months flashed by before i knew. I and the bassist Tomoya who is my first japanese friend in this city used to dream of organizing a rock band in this city. but the dream has finally come true. we can grasp the chance to dig out new friend through our friend. meeting is just an accident and timing. its so awesome we've got on the roll well. our rock band "WAYWARD "has come out!! by the way i'd said "good bye , see you again later" as ever as my friend in this city leaves. it affects how i spend weekend. last week finally my close swiss friend Thomas left this city. so sad!!i miss him as much as other my swiss friends. we used to act like a fool with other my swiss friend Luca. Drinking 2 or 3 pitchers of beer without any food is like a piece of cake !! is his witty remark. i guess so much responsibility didn't hang over my head.the boss finally went back to oosaka in japan and will be on travel around europe. we were left ..... i can just wish none of serious trouble comes without him. apparently other staff has got more difficulties than me. I wonder if i dont work it out enough. playing soccer game just has kicked offin this city. then i bought a pair of spikes were sold at $30 in an outlet shop. they were unbelievably high class stuff even though being sold on the cheap. i just play soccer once a week every sunday which is my day off with international people. i feel like i should prepare for moving to another city as lots of my friends leave from this city soon. yesterday i just was in a wide event hall called " metro city" which combined night club with concert hall for the first time of going to night club in 1 month. then i made some new friends there. but it was just crowded ,so mamy japanese people without any special event. it was just passing by with 3 dancers on a stage. i'm not sure if i go back there again. however i definitely put through a band acting in this city before moving. it'll be a great experience with international members even if we can't gig around. "wayward" , it has shown up so easily through my friend. the drummer " sean " is from korea. he is clearly gentle and modest. he has been playing the drum for 10 years as i've been. but he already left the big dream long time ago like me. we' ve already made a miracle during the first meeting. an aussie couple was sitting next to us coincidentally at a chinese cafe. its so rare musician comes in the cafe !! then they heard our poor english conversation, making an appointment , asking the renting fee or something. so he was a big producer . unbelievably they were there. the he helped us in a flush, booking and asking by mobile phone. so then i realised how australian people are nicely cooperative. we'll be called the miracle band and make much more miracles soon. the band has just been kicked off. we must carry off the great achivement. then i'm going to buy an electric guitar tomorrow. i've already well prepared for that. I'll have a great working week from tomorrow without him. |
