ここパースの寒さも肌ではっきりと感じられるくらい到来し、朝、夜は半袖で過ごすことが少なくなったような気がする。
１週間のうち６日間働いているとまた時が過ぎるのを急速に感じる。 そして新しいシェアメイトとも日に日に仲良くなってます。 前のシェアメイトが過ぎ去って２０日過ぎた。その出て行った日から新しくこの家に仲間として加わった。 日本人の女の子と韓国人のナイスカップル。 ２人共、とても社交的ですぐに打ち解けることが出来たし、とにかく他人に対してものすごい思いやりがあるので素晴らしい。 なのでそんな自分はこの先２ヶ月以内にパースを出て他の都市へ行くことを決めた。 それで３週間前から新しいシェアハウスを探していたのだが、どこも日本人の女の子しか受け付けないみたいでシェアメイト募集にも大きな壁があるんだな〜〜と何度も電話をして空きを確認するうちに実感した。 確かに、長く住む人やタバコを吸わない人、綺麗に部屋を使える人と、条件も場所によって様々。 その時は３ヶ月間きちんと住むということでがんばって募集してあった張り紙に電話したけれど望みは０でした〜〜。 フリーマントルと呼ばれる港がある綺麗な町に住むことを希望していたけど、もう探しているうちにいつの間にかパースでの残りの日々が２ヶ月とあと少しになっていたのに気が付いた（笑）ここからその仕事場のあるフリーマントル方面に電車で向かうと１時間はかかる。それでもここでの家の生活が楽しいからか、シェアハウスを探すことはもうどうでもよくなっていたかもしれない（笑） そんなわけで今の仕事も１ヶ月を過ぎた。なんとか朝は６時半に起きて遅刻することなくいけている。ありとあらゆる仕事を覚えてきたけれどそんな中で店長は再来週から１ヶ月間日本に帰るのとヨーロッパを旅行するということでいなくなってしまう！！ そんなわけで店長からは色々な仕事を引き継いで教えてもらって責任の重さを日に日に実感。今は店長に聞けて解決できることも今度は従業員だけで解決しなければいけなくなるということ。 そんな責任感たっぷりの仕事の中で自分はどれくらい成長できるのかなと思った。店長が帰ってきたときには立派になった自分を見せられるようがんばろう。 そして、次から次へと周りの友達がここパースから去って行っています。また先週も仲の良かった友達が２人。昨日はそのお別れ会ということでバーに久しぶりに飲みに行って来た。  ここに来て最初のころに出あった友達がやはり一緒にいて一番楽しかった。特にスイスのナイスガイ達。そう思うとここにいるのも毎日同じ日になってしまうのかなって思う。 特に土日の過ごし方は大きく変わるのかなって思う。 また一人一人とここからいなくなって違う都市に移動したり日本へ帰ったりとワーホリは本当に来る時期も帰る時期も人それぞれなんだなって思った。 次の都市、メルボルン。どんな冒険と試練が待ち受けているのだろう。 そして日本から持ってきた益子焼といわれる栃木県では有名な焼き物のとっくりをここパースで渡すことになりそうだ。 今の店長には本当にお世話になっていると思う。 そして一体次はどの友達がここからいなくなっていくのでしょう。 ---------------------------------------------------------------- the hard nip finally has come in as we can be sensed. so I felt the bitter coldness makes us less to put on half sleeve shirt. I realised time goes by so quickly as I work as usual 6 days a week as well. we've been getting a harmony to live together in friendship at our share-house. its been more than 20 days since the last shere-mates left. then new couple who are a nice japanese girl and a gentle korean guy joined us staying together. we came out of our shell in a flash because they are very sociable and so kindhearted as well. So I just decided to move to another big city in Australia in 2 months. I thought there was a big gap between male and female. so I had been trying to call a lot of owners looked for new share-mate though ,apparently they prefer to take in female , especially japanese girl!! it sucks. what decide them to take in them!! the variety conditions of new share-mate are non smoker, tidy room user etc.... then it was so hopeless that I get any new share-house room, even though I tried calling and was full prepared for staying 3 months. I hoped to live in Fremantle called a beautiful harbor town in perth though, I've noticed that i just have 2 months and a few days left in perth. it might have made no difference to me to get any new shere-house because the current life is so cheerful even though i take about 1 hour by train to get to my work place. Its been 1 month since i started new job. then i pull through just to wake up by 6:30 am every morning. little by little plenty of responsibilities hang on me because the boss is leaving in 2 weeks, going back to japan and traveling in european countries. HEY! Dont leave us yet!! we haven't been used to work well yet! what if we got stuck with some problem!! how can we handle and solve that without him?? Helpless!! but at least i'll show him myself after i work up and through so much without him. How much I can step up. i went to a bar yesterday for my friends fare-well drinking. one after another my close friend leave sadly!! I definitely say all friends i met at the first term in perth are the closest, especially swiss friends.where are they now? i wonder how i spend weekend without them and what changes my weekend life. there are a large variety of spending life in australia with working holiday visa.we never know when next people come in and go back. the next big city Melbourne, what waits me. And which my friend leaves from this city next.  |

寒さも少しずつ来始めて夏が離れていくような気温の変わりよう・・・
いくらここオーストラリアでも冷え込む時は冷え込む。がしかし、そんなことを感じさせないようにシティーボーイ達はTシャツと短パンのサーフ系の格好で平然と過ごしています☆ そりゃそうだわ〜〜。体感温度が違うのだから。 先週の日曜から２連休をようやくとることができ体もいい感じで休めることができたけど今日仕事に行ってみるとまだ〜〜体はお休みモード（笑） 全然思ったように動けなくてちょっと情けなかった。 そんなわけでここ西オーストラリア州ではイースターと呼ばれるキリスト教関係の祝日で月曜も休みになっていたのだ。 なので家でパーティーをするのにはもってこいの日だった。 まずは先週の土曜日にオージーの友達の家でのパーティー。 このパーティーはその友達の中心とした友達が集まりいい感じで日本人とオージーが一緒になった感じ。 特に凄かったことは〜〜、なんとその友達、日本の紅白歌合戦のDVDを持っていた！！ 当然みんなの期待は〜〜あの問題になったDJ OZUMAのシーン。 しかし当然順番もわかるわけがなく、ひたすら早送り早送りしてもなかなかたどり着かない〜〜、そうこうしているうちになぜかそこにいた日本人は紅白の鑑賞会みたいになってしまった（笑） それでようやく現れた〜〜と思ったらそんな問題になるくらいの映像は出てきたか〜〜？って感じだったのががっかり！！ 受信料問題、取材費水増し請求などのあったNHKだからこそ少しくらい刺激のあるものを映したって大した事ないのではないか〜〜！！ それで〜待ちに待っていた「Exile」は登場してくれませんでした（笑） 友達とがっかり！！ それでその紅白鑑賞が終わると今度はみんなでまた乱れるように飲みだした〜〜。 で結局俺はその友達の家に泊まることになった。というかいつの間にか寝ていた（笑） そして昨日月曜はおそらくここ今住んでいるシェアハウスで最後になるであろう自分企画のさよならパーティー！！ もう何度このさよならパーティーに参加したことか。その度にせつなくなります〜！！ 今回はとても仲の良かった日本人の友達２人のためだったはずが〜〜、なぜか半分くらいシェアメイトのジョシュアの誕生日会になってしまいましたと（笑） ろうそくに火をつけているところをジョシュに見られるわ、ロウは溶けてケーキの中に入るわでよくわけがわからんパーティーだったけどそんな予想外の出来事にも爆笑してくれる友達がたくさんいた。 俺の周りには誰一人悪い友達はいないということだけは自信を持っていえる！！ 基本的に自分のあほさと乗りを理解してくれているので〜つきあいやすいのかもしれないけど（笑） 昨日来てくれたのは日本語を勉強しつつとても社交的で楽しいオージーの友達、シャノン、それから学校で一緒だった仲間、多数。 そしてお別れをする日本人の女の子達とこの家が一気に賑やかになっていた。 バイトでいろいろな料理を覚えていたのでこのパーティーにもそれがいかされていましたが〜〜〜予定よりかなり時間かけちゃったためにせっかく訪れた友達の相手があまり出来なくて料理に集中してしまったこと（笑） 中でもオージーのシャノン。一番いろいろ話したかったけどごめ〜〜ん！！  和食、イタリアン、韓国、タイ。いろいろな料理が混ざったけどとっても納得のいくようにいろいろ作れた。 時間がなくて寿司を作るの手伝ってくれた友達本当にありがとう。自分なんかよりはるかに手馴れた様子で圧倒されてしまいました〜〜。まだまだ修行が必要だな。 そしてジョシュにあげたケーキは誰かが言ったようにフォンデュショコラケーキになっていた。 とろとろのチョコレート加減が良かったみたいで。 というわけで最後になるということでいろいろ奮発して作ってしまったけどみんなにいろいろ満足してもらえて本当に良かった。 また   規模は小さけれど人のために何か出来たことは〜後で思い出してもいい思い出になると思う。  最後までいてくれた俺のあほさを理解してくれた友達、ありがとう。 気をつけて日本に帰ってくだされ。 また日本で会いましょう。 _______________________________________________________________ coldness for fall has just started coming in recently is like summer is leaving. even if here in Australia we feel a nip in the air evening. however i see some aussie city boys who wear just a thin T-shirt and half sleeve pants in the city as if nothing happened to them. That makes sense to them. their sensory temperature is different!! I am still in holiday mode. because i just got 2 days off of working. oh i felt really miserable about still being in the mode.and i wasnot able to work it out. 2 days off were suitable for having party! last saturday i took part in a special party at my aussie friends house. he invited lots of his friends to get equal number of participant between aussie and japanese. unexpectedly he has a dvd of 「NHK kouhakuutagassen」、singing competition in the end of a year. then we were waiting for watching a funny scene of a japanese singer " DJ ozuma". but the scene we saw mocked our big expectation!! then yesterday i made and lead a fare-well party for my close japanese friends. they are going back to japan really soon. it will be the last chance to having a party at this share-house. but 50% of the party was for my share-mate josh's birth day party! but it was great! he had caught a scene we were setting candles on fire !and the wax was flowing down and melted!! even though it was a messed party , all my friends i invited had a really fun. i am proud of having nice international friend. i am confident none of my international friends are bad. the time has just come to say good bye and thank you for everything to my close friends. take care and lets meet again in japan next time. just have a safe trip!! |

またしても本当に久しぶりの更新となった。
やりたいことがあっても全然できないくらい新しい仕事で忙しさに追われていた。 そしてようやくブログが更新できるくらいの時間を持つことができた。 とにかく、新しい仕事はうまく行っている。 その日本人のオーナーは非の打ち所がなくらい素晴らしいお方。 そんなお方にここパースで出会うことが出来たのが奇跡に近いくらいだ。包丁が全く使えなかった自分を一から教えてくれ、仕事というよりはこれからの人生でかなり役に立つことを教わりに行っているようなオーストラリアで一番お世話になりそうな人の中の１人だと思う。 それでいて人の意見も尊重してくれるし、自分のすすむべき道に明るい光をともしてくれそうな人だと思う。 そんな素晴らしいお店で働けることが嬉しい。 そんな自分は毎日包丁を握りお客さんに食べてもらう料理を調理しています。 そして店員になってみて一番驚いたのが、オージーの物を買うときの丁寧さ！ 必ず物を受け取る時に thank you と言われ、８割りの確立でvery muchとまで言ってくるのだ。 当然こっちも気持ちよく対応できるし日本の感覚とは違うな〜と思ったのだ。 というわけで物を売るときは日本で散々学んだ”営業スマイル”ピカイチ！！を意識しています☆ これからもたくさんのメニューを店長から教わると思うから初心を忘れずに常に尊敬しつつ仕事がうまく行って欲しいなと思った。 とにかくそんな自分を認めてくれている店長に感謝！ ----------------------------------------------------------------- Oh its been a really long time to update this diary!! so many things had been making me busy and sticking me!! finally i have got free time to do what i want to do!! and its getting really along and ahead of my new work at a japanese take away shop in fremantle!! i step by step work up there. i realised the boss is extreamly different from other. as if i needed to meet him!! i never thought i would do things that i didn't get use to handle with, which is to cut and cook with cooking knife. the boss taught me how to handle cooking knife and cook some food from beginning there , even i wasn't skillfull! But now i dont think i am awkward with cooking knife. i realise and learned more as i go along. btu i never say i just want to be recognized! i meant cooking is one of my hobbies now! and i really respect him who can do almost everything , but not arrogant. its not too much to say he impressed so many workeres who had done with him.i will be one of them. i extreamly surprised a difference between japan and australia when customer buy stuff. how polite and kind they are!! so awesome! i get so happy all the time i talk to them and sell stuff in the take away shop. its difinately opposite way! mostly customer in japan is unsociable and doesnot want to talk to clerk. sometimes they put on airs . because in our idea of buying stuff is " we are customer ,then helping shop and giving money to shop! nothing is beatable than customer! it doesnot exist without customer!" but aussie customers i had were so friendly and all the time saying " thank you very much! thats why i thought it happens unlikely in japan! anyway, thanks to the boss i have got so many chances to talk to aussie customer and my english goes far to working happily. it might go into another talent if we do thing that we've never done before . i love cooking ! |
